How do I personalise my order?

THERE IS NO PERSONALISATION ON THE WEBSITE

Due to every award being fully bespoke we do not offer set templates.

Simply order the items you require and then then let our specialist design team work their magic.

Can I submit my own designs?

Yes of course! Just see our product dimensions on each product page and send us over your designs in .ai / .psd or .pdf format

Can I pay by Bank Transfer?

No problem, just fill in this form and we can send you an invoice.

Once sorted, you need to follow on from Step 2

Does the Awards FC Logo have to be on my awards?

No it doesn't but there is a cost to removing it. If your total order exceeds £500 then all of our branding can be removed FREE OF CHARGE. If you order is below £500 then you can can remove our logo for a fee of £5 per award. We only charge you for the awards not our design time, but the repeat business we receive from including our branding more than covers our design fees.

Can I get a discount on a larger order?

Yes of course! Our website already includes all of our discounts based on quantities required. Our breakpoints are generally, x12 / x50 / x100 / x200. This means if you add 12 of the same item to your basket the discount will appear. You are welcome to contact us to see if there are any upcoming offers or special discounts up for grabs. sales@awardsfc.co.uk

I need an order within a week, what can I do?

As our products are all bespoke, it is tough to turn anything around quickly. If you need something shipping within a week, I suggest finding something locally. If you are need something within the week and you are local to the Hull area then we have a better chance of sorting something. We will advise what product you would need to order.

I need an order in 1-2 Weeks, what shall I order?

Our standard lead time is 2-3 weeks but we can turn some products around a little quicker. Contact us first before ordering but work off the following timeframes:
